Active CRF \- Experience in compounding pharmacy Availability to work from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The pharmacy is closed on Sundays; for this position, one Saturday is worked and the other is off. Reside in Campinas Responsible for ensuring compliance with technical, sanitary, and legal standards related to medication dispensing, patient counseling, and inventory control, thereby guaranteeing service quality and medication-use safety. · Dispense medications, ensuring proper verification and appropriate patient counseling; · Provide individualized pharmaceutical care, clarifying patient doubts regarding correct medication use; · Control and monitor pharmaceutical inventory and conduct monthly controlled-substances cabinet audits. · Verify and appropriately store medications according to ANVISA and other regulatory agency requirements; · Maintain product expiration date tracking to prevent losses and waste; · Develop and keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) up to date; · Supervise technical staff (assistants, counter clerks) regarding good pharmaceutical practices; · Assist with cash register operations. · Comply with, and ensure others comply with, current sanitary legislation; · Participate in internal and external audits, as required; · Promote health initiatives and educational campaigns related to rational medication use. · Assist in maintaining workplace cleanliness and organization, adhering to hygiene and safety standards established by the pharmacy and current legislation. · Ensure products are correctly labeled and priced.
