There is much yet to be built. **Job Description:** At Areco, we seek a Delphi Developer with strong analytical capability and systemic vision to work on the evolution and maintenance of our ERP. This role demands technical expertise combined with business rule comprehension, ensuring robust, high-performance solutions aligned with customer needs. **Work Mode: On-site** **Desired Profile:** * Logical reasoning and structured thinking to solve complex problems; * Ability to work on legacy systems with a continuous improvement mindset; * Strong communication and collaboration across different departments; * Proactivity in suggesting technical and functional improvements; * Commitment to quality, performance, and deadlines; * Sense of responsibility regarding the business impact of deliverables; * Technical English for reading. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or equivalent; * Experience in Delphi development; * Advanced SQL experience; * Familiarity with code versioning; * Knowledge of software architecture and development best practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of C\#, Flutter, Blazor, or React; * Experience with newer versions of Delphi.
