This role will play a key part in bridging business strategy and people strategy, driving culture, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Proven experience as an HR Business Partner at the executive board level, with strong interface with C-level executives * Prior experience in the logistics sector * Consistent track record in contexts of rapid growth and operational expansion * Experience leading large-scale organizational structures (high headcount) * Completed undergraduate degree * Advanced English proficiency * Postgraduate qualification or MBA is considered a plus * Spanish proficiency is considered a plus **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your key responsibilities, you will:** * Serve as HR Business Partner to executive leadership, influencing strategic decisions * Translate business needs into people and organizational initiatives * Support organizational design and evolution of structures, ensuring alignment with strategy * Lead performance, talent, and succession discussions with leaders * Develop and strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization * Act as a facilitator of organizational change and cultural transformation * Monitor people metrics to support strategic decision-making **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
