Opportunity for organized and detail-oriented professionals We seek a versatile and organized professional to work across stages of our online sales operations. You will be responsible for tasks ranging from product entry into the system to package preparation for final customer shipment. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Channel Registration and Management:** List products on marketplaces (Shopee, Mercado Livre, etc.) and our own website, ensuring high-quality photos, titles, and descriptions. * **Inventory Management:** Record incoming goods in the system and verify fiscal invoices. * **Logistics Operations:** Pick orders, pack items, and generate shipping labels. * **Dispatch:** Organize packages for courier or postal pickup/delivery. * **Basic Customer Support:** Occasional assistance with customer inquiries via platform chat channels. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Basic computer proficiency (Excel, internet browsing). * Organized, detail-oriented (to prevent shipping errors), and proficient in written communication. * Prior experience with ERPs or marketplace dashboards (Bling, Tiny, Shopee, ML, etc.) is desirable. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break per day.
