Initiatives supporting your growth: Performance and Development Cycle, Idea Programs, Well-being, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide administrative support in Production or Maintenance departments; * Assist with process controls, document organization, and departmental routines; * Perform data entry and queries in systems (e.g., SAP); * Support procurement requests and internal controls; * Act as liaison between departments, assisting analysts and managers; * Participate in factory routines such as gemba walks and team follow-ups; * Contribute to information organization and workflow within the department. **Requirements and Qualifications** Now, we’d like to know: Is this challenge right for you? * Be aged between 14 and 23 years; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Basic computer skills (Excel is a plus); * Basic SAP knowledge (a plus); * Availability to work 6 hours per day (Monday–Friday), split between company and training; * Interest in professional learning and development.
