Job Summary: Responsible for preparing machines and fabrics, weighing and loading chemical products, sewing and assembling fabric rolls, operating dyeing and finishing machines, monitoring processes, and recording information. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of specialized machinery for fabric dyeing and finishing 2. Monitoring pH and bath/paste levels 3. Entering information into the system Location: Americana Jd Boer Receive work orders and recipes for machine and fabric preparation. Weigh chemical products. Load machines with chemicals according to recipes prepared by the laboratory. Sew and assemble fabric rolls for dyeing and finishing processes. Operate Jet, Barca, Jigger, Super Jigger, Turbo, Dryer, and Touch Calender machines, equivalent to fabric dyeing and finishing processes. Monitor pH and bath/paste levels used in fabric dyeing and finishing processes. Enter information into the system. Notify maintenance mechanics immediately upon detecting any malfunction. Clean and organize the work area.
