At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow with confidence, security to advance, and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Senior Information Security Analyst** **Where you’ll work:** Campinas, SP **Work model:** Remote **Company:** CPFL Paulista – A company of the CPFL Energia Group **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, Information Security, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related areas (preferred); * Intermediate English proficiency (preferred); * Experience with networks (TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs); * Hands-on experience with network equipment, preferably Cisco; * Experience with security tools such as: XDR (Extended Detection and Response) and CIEM (Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management); * Knowledge of security tools: Firewall, IDS/IPS, NAC, EDR; * Experience with environment monitoring, log analysis, and alert handling; * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Willingness to work onsite in Campinas, SP. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Administer and control access to systems, networks, and technological resources (user creation, modification, and deletion), ensuring compliance with security policies and internal authorizations. * Define, review, and guide access profiles and authority levels, ensuring proper segregation of duties and risk mitigation. * Continuously monitor the network and security environment, analyzing alerts, events, and incidents, with emphasis on rapid response and appropriate prioritization. * Manage security incidents and data breaches, conducting investigations, collecting evidence, and liaising with compliance and audit teams. * Administer, configure, and monitor network and security equipment (with focus on Cisco environments), including firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and endpoint protection solutions. * Operate and analyze security tools such as XDR and CIEM, performing event correlation, threat identification, and incident response. * Monitor performance and integrity of environments, servers, and network and security assets, ensuring service availability, stability, and security. * Manage and track vulnerability reports, ensuring follow-up with responsible teams and consolidation of information. * Participate in and lead information security and networking projects, including implementation of new solutions, process improvements, and infrastructure evolution. * Evaluate, certify, and deploy new security and networking technologies, performing tests, feasibility analyses, and vendor coordination. * Support internal and external audits by preparing reports, controls, and evidence related to information security and compliance. * Manage privileged access credentials, ensuring control, validity, and adherence to regulations. * Oversee vendors and service providers, ensuring technical quality and SLA compliance. * Develop technical and executive reports to support leadership decision-making. * Prioritize and critically manage incidents, escalating situations when necessary and ensuring no issues remain unresolved. **What we offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Daycare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory services for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
