Job Summary: Professional to monitor customers, register drivers and vehicles, support cargo scheduling, and release travel documentation, with knowledge of transportation and Microsoft Office. Key Highlights: 1. Customer and transportation process monitoring 2. Support for cargo scheduling and travel documentation 3. Requires knowledge of transportation and proficiency with Microsoft Office Main Responsibilities: \- Customer follow-up; \- Registration of drivers and vehicles (via system), including affiliated and third-party entities; \- Monitoring and support for cargo scheduling; \- Travel registration and release of documentation to drivers; \- Vehicle and SM checklists; Shift: 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM. One Saturday per month, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
