Collaboration with the finance department A supplier of medical and hospital products is seeking a Billing Assistant in Campinas. Max Medical is a company operating in the healthcare sector, providing medical products and services. Its focus is delivering innovative solutions for patient well-being. **Responsibilities:** Register orders in the system, ensuring accurate data entry. Issue electronic invoices (NF-e and NFS-e) and manage DANFE documents. Handle tax-related matters by analyzing orders and verifying applicable taxes. Maintain updated NCM, CFOP, and tax rates, performing fiscal classification of products. Perform data registration and correction, ensuring data integrity within the system. Support month-end activities by preparing monthly reports and revenue reconciliation. Collaborate with the finance department in validating credit limits and analyzing financial discrepancies. Organize XML files and tax documents, ensuring their availability for audits. Previous experience as a Billing Assistant, Financial Assistant, Billing Analyst, or Collections Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
