Main Responsibilities * Execute the complete internal sales process via telephone and email, according to the assigned customer portfolio; * Proactively identify new opportunities within the existing customer base; * Conduct consultative sales aligned with company strategies; * Manage active customer portfolios; * Update customer records, opportunities, and sales funnel stages in the CRM; * Prepare and send commercial proposals; * Ensure achievement of targets and strategic KPIs; * Manage commercial information using CRM and ERP systems. Requirements * Prior experience in internal sales; * Experience in consultative sales; * Experience with electrical materials (a significant advantage); * Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and Microsoft Office Suite; * Residence in Campinas or surrounding region; * Immediate availability.
