




Job Summary: The entry-level Production Operator is responsible for operating hydraulic presses, molding and vulcanizing rubber parts, inspecting quality, and maintaining an organized work environment. Focus on workplace safety and quality control. **PRODUCTION OPERATOR \- FIRST JOB** **No prior experience required.** Rubber Parts Production **Academic Qualification** * Completed High School (Mandatory) **Training Provided by the Company** * Safe operation of hot hydraulic presses. * Basic knowledge of elastomers and rubber compounds. * Defect identification and quality standards. * Internal production procedures and process control. * Workplace safety (PPE, thermal and mechanical hazards). **Main Responsibilities** * Operate hot hydraulic presses used for molding and vulcanizing rubber parts. * Prepare molds, apply mold release agents, and adjust basic machine parameters. * Assemble and correctly position rubber compounds in molds. * Monitor cycle time, temperature, and pressure for each pressing cycle per technical instructions. * Remove finished parts, perform visual inspection, and forward them to the finishing department. * Complete production records and report any anomalies in the process. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to industrial safety standards. * Assist with general production line activities as needed. **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM** **Compensation: R$ 2\.239,00** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: R$ 500.00 * Transportation Allowance Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
