Responsibilities and Duties * Analyze and monitor administrative and financial routines; * Review service provision guides and generate managerial reports to support decision-making; * Organize and manage schedules, appointments, meetings, events, lectures, and corporate gatherings; * Serve customers and service providers, ensuring quality and efficiency in processes; * Collect data and support defining and monitoring unit performance indicators; * Ensure information security and data integrity of the company; * Screen and route documents to responsible departments, supporting internal organization; * Perform other related activities within the scope of the role. Requirements and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree completed in Administration or related fields; * Experience in administrative and financial roles; * Knowledge of report writing, data analysis, and administrative processes; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Desirable Requirements * Postgraduate studies underway or completed; * Experience in the healthcare sector.
