This includes, but is not limited to: servers, storage, mainframe, networks, Active Directory (AD), SAP Basis, public clouds, private clouds, data center technologies, containers, middleware, databases, modern device management, intelligent collaboration, IT asset management (hardware and software), field services, and technical service desk. **Essential Job Functions:** * Provide basic technical support for infrastructure services, assisting with routine tasks. * Support infrastructure-related projects and activities. * Participate in basic monitoring and resolution of routine infrastructure system issues. * Collaborate with team members to resolve infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks. * Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation. * Develop and enhance technical skills through practical on-the-job experience. * Demonstrate willingness to learn and acquire knowledge in infrastructure services. * Follow established best practices and standards for delivering infrastructure services. **What Are We Offering?** A comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, and our core values make DXC one of the most important and attractive employers worldwide.
