Our specialties include: * Industrial projects * Hydraulic and electrical systems * Fire suppression systems (our flagship service) * Industrial piping We have projects across Brazil. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and supervise workers under direct supervision, assigning, coordinating, and guiding various tasks to ensure construction execution proceeds within established timelines, regulations, and specifications; * Monitor costs and schedules closely; possess thorough knowledge of the project budget and construction plan; * Appropriately size teams, train team members, and maintain full commitment to quality and productivity goals; * Schedule procurement of materials and services; * Plan operational and logistical aspects of the construction site (including site layout planning, sizing of temporary facilities, traffic flow of personnel and materials, selection and sizing of transportation equipment, etc.); * Monitor and track activities (through productivity indicator measurements, quality verification of work, elimination of time and material waste); **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of proven experience (as Industrial Plumber, Construction Site Supervisor, or Piping Supervisor) * Technical knowledge of tools and assembly methods **Willingness to undertake extended travel** Working Hours: Monday to Friday – business hours **Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the role. * Meal allowance: BRL 620.00 * Life insurance * Dental plan * On-site accommodation + meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Resume contact: 41 9 9123 3382 Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: BRL 3,000.00 – BRL 4,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
