Job Summary: Senior Data Analyst focused on data analysis and delivery, responsible for transforming data into high-quality, clear information to support decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Building dashboards in Power BI and Metabase We are seeking a **Senior Data Analyst** focused on data analysis and business data delivery. This professional will be responsible for building dashboards and metrics from the **Silver** layer, as well as structuring the **Gold** layer using **dbt on Databricks**. They will be a **key player** in transforming data into information, ensuring **quality, consistency, and clarity** for decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Build dashboards and reports in **Power BI** and **Metabase** * Model data in the **Gold** layer using **dbt** * Consume data from the **Silver** layer in **Databricks** * Define and implement **business metrics and KPIs** * Ensure consistency and standardization of business rules * Structure analytical models optimized for BI consumption * Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements * Validate and ensure the **quality of presented data** * Optimize queries and models for **dashboard performance** * Document developed metrics, indicators, and models **Requirements** * Experience building dashboards in **Power BI** and/or **Metabase** * Proficiency in **SQL** * Experience with **Databricks** (data querying and manipulation) * Experience with **dbt** for data modeling * Knowledge of **analytical modeling** (fact/dimension – Gold layer) * Ability to translate business needs into metrics and indicators * Experience with layered data architecture (**Silver/Gold**) **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience with **Delta Lake** * Knowledge of **Databricks query performance optimization** * Experience with **data governance and metric definition** * Basic understanding of **UX applied to dashboards** * Experience in **modern data environments (Lakehouse)** **Soft Skills** * Clear communication with business areas * Analytical mindset and critical thinking * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity and autonomy * Focus on delivering value **Purpose of the Role** Transform data into **actionable insights** by building reliable dashboards and metrics, and structuring the **Gold** layer to ensure **consistency, scalability, and quality** in data analytics.
