If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** We seek a Field Supervisor – Electrical with experience in industrial construction projects to oversee technical supervision, inspection, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. The professional will be responsible for ensuring execution in accordance with detailed engineering designs and technical standards for quality and safety, guaranteeing interdisciplinary integration and alignment of field activities. **Detailed Description:** * Supervise the detailed engineering project carried out by the contracted engineering firm; * Review detailed engineering deliverables issued by the engineering firm relevant to the electrical discipline and ensure integration with other disciplines; * Supervise the incorporation of internal standards into the detailed engineering design; * Serve as interface between technical authorities and the detailed engineering firm and suppliers; * Support the preparation of equipment and material procurement processes for submission to Procurement; * Be responsible for supporting the procurement process from inception through to commissioning, including material delivery to site; * Review supplier engineering documentation and ensure its integration with the detailed engineering design; * Perform technical analysis of processes and issue technical opinions; * Serve as interface between the detailed engineering firm and suppliers; * Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT); * Support the preparation of contracting processes for civil construction, structural steelwork, electromechanical installation, and commissioning—including issuance of technical opinions; * Supervise/inspect on-site work performed by civil construction and structural steel contractors, electromechanical installation contractors, commissioning contractors, and startup contractors. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed technical or undergraduate degree in Electrotechnology or related fields. * Active registration with CREA/CRT. * Experience in industrial construction projects, specifically in electrical installation. * Practical knowledge of interpreting electrical drawings and P&IDs. * Hands-on experience in testing, calibration, and commissioning of instruments and electrical systems. * Familiarity with ABNT standards, NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word). * Strong technical communication skills and report-writing ability. * Willingness to work onsite in Paulínia/SP and conduct occasional visits to suppliers. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in large-scale industrial projects (e.g., power generation, biogas, oil & gas, petrochemicals). * Experience in EPC or EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction/Construction Management) projects. * Knowledge of control and automation systems (PLC/DCS/SCADA). * Familiarity with Power BI, MS Project, and AutoCAD (diagram interpretation). * Experience in Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT). * Additional training in NR-33 (Confined Spaces) and NR-13 (Pressure Vessels). * Proactive, collaborative profile committed to quality, safety, and technical delivery. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (Onsite) * Work Location: Paulínia/SP * Working Hours: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Mon–Thu); 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Fri) **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gym Membership via Gympass * Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
