Desirable Knowledge: * Knowledge of Control System Hardware (PLC, DCS, Remote Data Acquisition, Power Supplies, UPS, Electrical Panels) * Proficiency in developing application software for PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), DCSs and/or SCADA systems; * Preparation of equipment and instrument specifications, logic diagrams, interconnection diagrams and control loops; * Platform, field testing and start-up; * Assisted operation; * Training. * Knowledge of process control instrumentation; * Knowledge of electrical equipment; * Knowledge of industrial field networks; * Knowledge of fiber optic networks and related accessories; * Understanding of drives and motor controllers (Soft Starters, Variable Frequency Drives), MCCs, substations and electrical controls; * Knowledge of NR-10 regulations; * Professional registration required.
