The Unit Coordinator will work within the Microfinance team, leading the Credit Agents and Coordination Assistants assigned to their operational area, aiming to efficiently achieve the program’s established goals and results. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Systematically analyze and monitor performance indicators for their credit portfolio; * Conduct monthly planning with their team; * Supervise credit agents and assistants in carrying out their activities; * Conduct client follow-up visits; * Manage unit inventory; * And other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed undergraduate degree; Availability for intermunicipal travel. Required Knowledge: Experience in external sales, negotiation, and collections; Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience managing teams. **Additional Information** **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.712,11; Market-size bonus of up to R$ 3\.894,77; Variable Compensation\* up to R$ 2\.387,40; (\*based on credit portfolio performance).
