Job Summary: An IT professional who provides technical support to employees, manages IT assets, installs and configures systems, and ensures business continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Provide technical support to employees by diagnosing and resolving incidents related to hardware, software, corporate systems, and network, ensuring business continuity and proper functioning of IT resources; Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, peripherals, software, and corporate applications; Administer user accounts, permissions, and access to corporate systems and tools; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and workstations; Monitor and diagnose network connectivity issues and access problems to corporate services; Record and document technical solutions and operational procedures in the knowledge base; Provide support during implementation of new systems and technological upgrades; Ensure adherence to response timeframes and service-level agreements (SLAs) for incident tickets; Manage and control IT assets, including registration, updating, and tracking of inventory for computers, laptops, peripherals, and other technological devices; Control equipment distribution, movement, replacement, and retrieval from employees, ensuring traceability and up-to-date inventory records; Support procurement, replacement, and disposal processes for equipment according to internal IT policies; Assist with internal audits and controls related to the organization’s technological assets. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Networks, or related fields; Experience in IT asset management; ITIL Foundation certification **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Daycare allowance, Performance bonus, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher, Company vehicle
