Responsibilities 1\. Conduct tests, corrections, and improvements on existing systems. 2\. Participate in training sessions and meetings, as scheduled, to discuss technical solutions and improvements. 3\. Assist in creating technical documentation and reports. 4\. Learn and apply new technologies in daily work. 5\. Research-oriented and enjoys challenges. Requirements: 1\. Availability for a 6-hour-per-day internship. 2\. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in technology or related fields. 3\. Preferably proficient in Delphi programming language. 4\. Basic knowledge of relational databases (SQL). 5\. GIT. 6\. Object-Oriented Programming [OOP]. 7\. English reading proficiency. 8\. On-site work. Preferred Qualifications: 1\. Software development methodology. 2\. Configuration management. 3\. ReportBuilder. 4\. Component suites: Indy, JediVCL, and DevExpress. 5\. Desirable business domain knowledge — Tax, Payroll, and Accounting. 6\.
