Job Summary: Pobre Juan is seeking a Hostess to manage reservations, receive and direct customers, ensuring excellence in service within a high-end gastronomy environment. Key Highlights: 1. Jamel Cecílio, 3300 \- Jardim Goiás, Goiânia \- GO, 74810\-907 **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve as the hostess of the house, receiving and directing customers while ensuring excellence in customer service. * Manage all reservation channels: in-person and telephone. * Direct relevant contacts for event reservations to the commercial team. * Control the restaurant’s waiting list. * Always remain available to our customers. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: * Be at least 18 years old. * Agility, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Commitment to excellence in service and execution. * Prior experience in customer service. * Strong communication skills. * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
