Description We are looking for a **Senior Infrastructure Analyst** to support the maintenance and evolution of our IT environment, ensuring high availability, security, standardization, and continuous infrastructure service improvement. Responsibilities * Administration of Windows Server and/or Linux. * Active Directory management (GPO, DNS, DHCP, permissions). * Network support and administration (VLAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, switches, and troubleshooting). * Backup operations and periodic restore testing. * Support for virtualization (VMware/Hyper\-V) and/or cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP). * Environment monitoring and incident handling in accordance with ITIL best practices. * Support for security controls (MFA, antivirus/EDR, patch management). * Provision of Level 2/Level 3 technical support, including incident and request analysis and resolution, end-user support, workstation and server support, and corporate system support. Requirements * Degree in IT or related fields. * Prior experience in technical support/IT infrastructure within a corporate environment. * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Certifications in IT infrastructure technologies are considered a plus.
