Ready for a career that yields greater returns? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in defining roadmaps and strategies for Data Science (AI/ML). * Research and innovate new approaches and methodologies. * Serve as a technical reference in predictive modeling and data engineering. * Actively participate in technical conferences and events. * Master business domain mapping, business knowledge, and alignment with Data Science solutions. * Design and implement complex risk assessment models across a wide range of scenarios (loans, credit, fraud). * Implement real-time fraud detection systems using deep learning models. * Analyze and build state-of-the-art anti-money laundering (AML) systems, leveraging predictive analytics to identify suspicious behaviors and patterns. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark, complemented by knowledge of code architecture, parallelization, performance optimization, and automation. * Experience with architecture and large-scale machine learning pipelines (MLOps, Data Engineering applied to ML, and feature store). * Advanced expertise in building target books within the risk domain and constructing covariate books (Feature Engineering and Feature Store). * Extensive and solid experience applying Machine Learning to risk management. * Proficiency in advanced Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and AI techniques. * Knowledge of GitHub. * Expertise in risk mitigation strategies and long-term customer behavior forecasting. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also had:** * Experience in risk or related areas.
