Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, as do humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** Assist in food pre\-preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning ingredients); Clean and organize utensils, countertops, equipment, and kitchen areas; Support the cook in meal assembly and distribution; Monitor and replenish basic supplies according to team instructions; Sort ingredients according to menus; Collect waste and maintain continuous cleanliness during and after restaurant operating hours; Follow good food handling practices, ensuring personal and environmental hygiene; Follow instructions from the cook and nutritionist regarding task execution. **Qualifications** High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in this role or in industrial kitchens, restaurants, or similar environments is desirable; Knowledge of Good Food Handling Practices and Food Hygiene and Safety is desirable; **Additional Information** Additional Information for the job **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
