Desirable: * Technical Education: Technical or vocational course in Telecommunications, Computer Networks, Electrotechnics, or related fields. * Customer Service: Prior experience in direct customer interaction, demonstrating good communication and courtesy. * Network Knowledge: Familiarity with network topologies, TCP/IP protocols, and router configuration. * Organization: Ability to manage multiple Service Orders (SOs) and clearly report activity progress. * Proactivity: Proactive profile in identifying potential issues and suggesting improvements to field processes.
