Support mail and document dispatch. Register, organize, and maintain up-to-date document files. Receive, record, provide, and relay information to diverse audiences. Schedule appointments and make reservations. Support financial, accounting, and managerial routines. Carry out procurement and inventory control procedures. Monitor the use of materials, equipment, collections, transfers, and asset write-offs. Record and update electronic timekeeping systems. Compile statistical data and input information into computerized systems. Create and maintain customer registration records. Perform and manage fee collection routines. Report corrective maintenance needs for area equipment. Prepare and deliver theoretical and practical lessons, planning activities in accordance with educational guidelines.
