Job Summary:
This role involves identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical problems related to Apollo and NBS systems, performing maintenance, offering user support, developing documentation, and monitoring system performance.
Key Highlights:
1. Identify and resolve technical issues in the Apollo and NBS systems
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including updates
3. Provide support and training to system users
**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1 hour and 12 minute lunch break.
**Experience Level:** Professional
**Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to the Apollo and NBS systems.
* Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, including software update installations.
* Provide user support, assisting\-them in resolving issues and using the systems effectively.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and operational procedures.
* Monitor system performance and ensure efficient, uninterrupted operation.
* Provide training and guidance to users on using the Apollo and NBS systems

* Completed undergraduate degree
* Availability for travel
