Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
* Preferred: Specialization course in BPM (Business Process Management) and BPMN techniques (flowcharting), Lean Six Sigma.
* Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as a Process Analyst.
* Behavioral competencies: Adaptability, Assertive communication, Ability to work under pressure, Teamwork, Systems thinking, Curiosity, and continuous learning.
* Map, analyze, and redesign medium-complexity processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
* Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as PDCA, 5W2H, SIPOC, among others.
* Identify optimization opportunities and propose data- and indicator-based solutions.
* Develop and review flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices.
* Facilitate meetings and workshops with involved departments, promoting alignment between processes and strategic objectives.
* Monitor process performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest adjustments when necessary.
* Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities or process failures.
* Support training and capacity-building activities on processes, tools, and documentation standards.
* Collaborate in multidisciplinary projects, ensuring cross-departmental process integration.
* Provide technical support to junior analysts, guiding them on best practices and methodologies.
