So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities / Responsibilities: * Perform equipment replacement during production line changeovers, verifying specifications required for product industrialization in terms of dimensions, raw materials, and other parameters. Conduct machine setup to enable series production release, adhering to time standards; * Measure and complete post-equipment-replacement forms and parameter records, documenting process-related information and requesting validation from other responsible personnel prior to production release. Also monitor initial tire production; * Perform corrective maintenance on machines (limited to the setup adhesion area), analyzing occurrences, adjusting and testing parts and components, and/or arranging replacements as needed. Request workshop services to rectify major defects, ensuring full equipment functionality during operation without risk to operator safety; * Perform workplace cleaning and organization, removing waste generated during service execution to maintain the area in good condition; * Execute all safety procedures in accordance with safety engineering and environmental standards; * Follow the equipment cleaning schedule, as well as any ad hoc requests from Quality, Uniformity, and Production departments; * Replace bladders and other setup-responsible items according to on-site assessment, complying with requests from Quality, Uniformity, and Construction/Vulcanization departments; * Take responsibility for reporting all incidents occurring during one’s shift involving safety, product quality, and/or production loss; * Maintain adequate stock of assembled and replacement bladders in the setup area; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on departmental subassemblies necessary for machine setup, keeping them in perfect working condition; * Liaise with Maintenance to request any necessary services for repair, restoration, fabrication, and maintenance of setup equipment; * Repair and/or replace bladders and other setup-responsible items according to on-site assessment, complying with requests from Quality, Uniformity, and Construction/Vulcanization departments. Qualifications / Qualifications: * **Minimum Experience**: Experience in Mechanical field; * **Education: Completed High School;** Technical Mechanical Training course preferred; * **Other Courses/Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Basic computer skills (Office suite) / Driver’s license category “B” / Forklift operator training.
