So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need. *So, show us what you are made of, because who you are is what we need.* Responsibilities / Responsibilities: * Perform equipment changeover during production line changes, verifying required specifications for product industrialization in terms of dimensions, raw materials, and other parameters. Perform machine setup to enable series production release, adhering to time standards; * Measure and complete post-changeover forms and parameter records, documenting process-related information and requesting validation from other responsible parties prior to production release. Also monitor the first tires; * Perform corrective maintenance on machines (limited to the setup adhesion area), analyzing occurrences, adjusting and testing parts and components, and/or arranging replacements as needed. Request workshop services to rectify major defects to ensure full equipment functionality during operation without operator safety risks; * Perform cleaning and organization of the workplace, removing waste generated during service execution to maintain the area in good condition; * Execute all safety procedures in accordance with safety engineering and environmental regulations; * Follow the equipment cleaning schedule, as well as any additional requests from the Quality, Uniformity, and Production departments; * Replace bladders and other setup-responsible items, based on on-site assessment and following requests from the Quality, Uniformity, and Construction/Vulcanization departments; * Report all incidents occurring during one’s shift involving safety, product quality, and/or production loss; * Maintain adequate stock of assembled and replacement bladders in the setup area; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on subassemblies within the department necessary for machine setup, ensuring they remain in perfect working condition; * Liaise with Maintenance regarding requests for any services required for repair, restoration, fabrication, or maintenance of setup equipment; * Repair and/or replace bladders and other setup-responsible items, based on on-site assessment and following requests from the Quality, Uniformity, and Construction/Vulcanization departments. Qualifications / Qualifications: * **Minimum Experience**: Experience in Mechanical field; * **Education: Completed High School;** Technical Mechanical Training course preferred; * **Other Courses/Specific Knowledge/Skills:** Basic computer skills (Office suite) / Driver's License Category "B" / Forklift Operator Certification.
