Grupo Alerta is a company specialized in security and monitoring solutions. It provides surveillance, alarm, and technology services for protecting assets and people. **Responsibilities:** Access Monitoring: remotely control entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers in condominiums or companies. Identification and Customer Service: respond to calls via intercom or video systems, performing careful identification according to security protocols. System Operation: operate monitoring software, CCTV systems, and remotely open gates and sluices. Incident Logging: record all movements and incidents in an information system. Crisis Management: contact authorities, supervisors, or emergency services in cases of suspicion or security equipment failures. Package Receipt: coordinate logistics for delivery of goods and correspondence with building caretakers or local responsible parties. Previous experience as an Access Control Operator, Remote Doorman Assistant, Remote Doorman Supervisor, or Remote Security Agent may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
