Contaminated Area Management Projects Manager (GAC) **Responsibilities and assignments** **Location:** Camaçari, Bahia **Work schedule:** 5x2 Cetrel shift **Modality:** On-site **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary, Environmental or Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, or related fields; * Solid experience in budgeting and managing GAC projects; * Advanced English (reading, writing, and technical conversation); * Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ease with digital tools. **Main activities:** * Lead and review high-complexity technical reports and assessments related to environmental investigations and remediations; * Propose technical scopes for diagnosis and remediation activities, including conceptual models (2D/3D), intervention plans, and human health risk management; * Serve as the technical reference in contaminated site investigation and remediation projects; * Evaluate existing methodologies and implement new technologies to enhance service robustness and technical quality; * Review and validate technical documentation (reports, drawings, specifications, and other deliverables); * Manage multidisciplinary teams, promoting development and engagement; * Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, strategic partners, and environmental regulatory agencies; * Prepare and present studies and results in technical meetings, public hearings, and specialized forums; * Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, legal requirements, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION Perform planning services for sheet metal, welding, and metal structure activities, complying with all necessary procedures established by the company. Responsibilities: Maintain department organization aiming to preserve a safe and pleasant work environment, facilitating task execution. Perform activities according to the company's safety standards and quality specifications, following the C3 standard. Carry out physical-financial monitoring of the WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). Establish and prepare production schedules. Support measurement activities. Forecast production stoppages. Define contingency plans. Prepare schedules, histograms, and other planning documents. Update and monitor schedules, histograms, and other planning documents for projects. Perform critical analysis of the control panel (planned vs. actual and trend), from the perspective of physical progress, financial progress, and earned value analysis. Support project management regarding resources (human and material), scope fulfillment, deadlines, quality, procurement, cost, communications, and inherent project risks. Monitor contract management in various meetings. Issue control reports related to the execution team. Interface between planning and construction execution teams. VACANCY REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in the field. Education: Completed Technical School level.
