Familiarity with payroll and timekeeping systems ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** The HR Assistant will be responsible for supporting administrative routines related to personnel management, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and the company's internal processes. The role involves direct involvement in hiring, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee support. Main responsibilities: Perform onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, registration, and termination) Support payroll processing and labor-related charges Manage and administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal/food allowance, health insurance, among others) Monitor electronic time tracking and overtime bank Assist employees with inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and employment contracts Support submission of information to eSocial, FGTS, and other ancillary obligations Organize and maintain up-to-date employee files and documents. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields Prior experience in HR department routines Knowledge of labor and social security legislation Experience in onboarding, offboarding, and payroll processing Familiarity with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems Knowledge of eSocial is considered a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly basic/intermediate Excel ### **BENEFITS** Transportation allowance: R$ 11.80 for eligible employees Meal allowance: R$ 25.00 per day Dental plan + health insurance + Totalpass Monday to Friday | 5-day workweek ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT
