Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Analyst for Data Intelligence, responsible for queries, reporting, data visualization, and analysis to strengthen analytical relevance and revenue. Establish the company as a market reference through studies and analyses. We are looking for a **Data Analyst** to support our **Data Intelligence** team using our database. The professional will be responsible for ensuring: * **Developing queries**, including data collection and processing, as well as data analysis and modeling using BigQuery. * **Generating reports and visualizing data**, including creating dashboards and reports using Looker Studio. This role is essential to **strengthen the relevance of data analysis for labor relations professionals**, and to contribute to the **advancement of the department’s relevance and the company’s overall revenue**. **Key Responsibilities** * **Extract, organize, and process data from the database**, enabling internal use and use by customers. * **Create reports, dashboards, and presentations** to deliver insights to the market. * Conduct analyses enabling the **development of studies**, allowing GRTS Digital to become a market reference. * Collaborate with the **technology team and other business units** to identify business opportunities across all company departments. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals, technical specifications, and development strategies; Job Type: Full-time Compensation: R$4\.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
