




Description: Important to have: * Solid experience in the market managing benefits routines (health plans, transportation vouchers, meal vouchers, food allowances); * Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, charts, dashboards, automations); * Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to propose process improvements; * Good interpersonal communication and collaborative mindset; * Availability to work administrative hours from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Desirable qualifications: * Knowledge of HR/payroll management systems (e.g.: RM, Senior, ADP, Totvs, etc.); * Experience in data analysis and generating insights for cost management and benefits performance; * Certifications or courses related to: * Benefits Management. * Intermediate Excel. * Labor legislation as applied to benefits. * Experience in negotiation and relationship management with benefits providers. * Manage corporate benefits programs (health insurance, transportation allowance, meal allowance, food allowance, and other programs); * Perform controls, calculations, and reconciliations related to employee benefits; * Ensure accurate data entry, removal, and maintenance with benefits providers; * Create and update detailed and automated Excel spreadsheets; * Conduct periodic analyses to identify opportunities for improving benefits processes, proposing solutions to optimize costs and increase efficiency; * Support personnel department operations by collaborating with the team on administrative and operational tasks; * Prepare managerial reports and benefit tracking metrics; * Serve as the main point of contact between employees and benefits providers, ensuring high-quality service and prompt resolution of requests. 251119020246650608
