**Job Description:** ---------------------- Program, configure, and maintain PLCs and SDCDs. Adjust and optimize PID control loops for process stability. Analyze real-time and historical data to propose efficiency improvements. Develop and supervise preventive and predictive maintenance plans for field instruments. Perform periodic calibration of instruments, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Diagnose and correct control system failures quickly. Prepare technical specifications for the acquisition of automation and instrumentation equipment. Manage automation projects from conception to commissioning. Ensure integration between new systems, electrical infrastructure, and information systems. Serve as the technical responsible for SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems) according to ISA\-84\. Ensure compliance with NR\-10, NR\-13, and other applicable standards. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree completed in Automation Engineering, Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related fields. Active registration with CREA. Proven experience in programming and maintenance of PLCs and SDCDs. Solid knowledge of field instrumentation (pressure, level, flow, temperature transmitters, control valves, analyzers, etc.). Experience with tuning control loops (PID) and system integration. Experience in diagnosing and solving failures in automation and instrumentation systems. Knowledge of SIS (Safety Instrumented Systems) and applicable ISA standards. Proficiency in NR\-10, NR\-13, and other applicable safety standards. Ability to prepare technical specifications and oversee suppliers.
