Job Summary: Professional responsible for diagnosing, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers/laptops, including hardware/software installation and technical support. On-site technical support for users **Responsibilities:** * Perform diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and laptops. * Execute replacement and installation of hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, cards, etc.). * Perform formatting, configuration, and installation of Windows operating systems and corporate tools. * Provide on-site technical support to users for resolving hardware- and software-related incidents. * Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with information security standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Own vehicle and valid driver's license (CNH) for field travel. * Own laptop. * Smartphone for communication and service recordkeeping. * Basic toolkit for laptop and desktop maintenance. * Minimum of 5 USB flash drives (32GB each) for technical tasks.
