Here, you will combine technical knowledge and experience with an environment that fosters creativity and the use of the latest technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist with technical support requests (on-site and remote); * Support preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment: formatting, configuration, and maintenance of notebooks; * Provide support for systems and tools used by the company (Office, email, judicial courts, etc.); * Perform installation and configuration of software and legal systems; * Support IT equipment inventory control. **Requirements and Qualifications** What we seek: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in IT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Networks, etc.); * Basic knowledge of computer and operating system maintenance; * Desire for continuous growth **Additional Information** Here are some benefits we offer: Gympass; Transportation Allowance; Meal/ Food Voucher; Birthday Day Off; Emotional Well-being Program: Moodar.
