IT Analyst

Job Summary: An IT professional to perform rounds, assist users, maintain equipment, support system implementation, and carry out administrative tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Provide assistance and support to users of computer resources. 2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment. 3. OSID – Obras Sociais Irmã Dulce is one of the largest philanthropic institutions in Brazil, performing approximately 5.6 million outpatient procedures annually in Bahia for users of the Unified Health System (SUS), elderly individuals, people with disabilities and craniofacial deformities, people experiencing homelessness, users of psychoactive substances, and children and adolescents at social risk. The institution offers a unique service profile in Brazil, distributed across 21 centers that provide assistance to low-income populations in the areas of Health, Social Assistance, Scientific Research, Health Education, Education, and preservation and dissemination of the history of its founder, Saint Dulce of the Poor. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct daily rounds, providing first response, assisting and supporting users, guiding them on the use of computer resources, applications, and systems, clarifying doubts to meet users’ work-related needs, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment; * Carry out administrative tasks such as report preparation, protocol management, document filing, inventories, etc.; * Support system implementation processes by analyzing existing workflows, accompanying users during the adoption of new systems, and conducting training sessions; * Report any anomalies in services or user-reported issues that may compromise service functionality to the immediate supervisor in all the above items. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Six months of experience in similar positions. **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided in the company cafeteria.
