If you want to impact lives and be part of this journey, Stanza is the place for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage approval schedules and workflow stages of developments. * Organize and control technical deliverables and documentation submitted to competent authorities. * Analyze proposals, contract measurements, and supplier relationships. * Monitor licensing processes and conditions related to project launches and execution. * Interface with internal departments (product, engineering, sales) and support project development decisions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Practical experience in urban and environmental licensing is preferred. * Experience in project feasibility and critical analysis of deliverables and deadlines. * Familiarity with management tools and technical documentation used in real estate development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration. * Knowledge of urban, environmental, and real estate development legislation and regulations. * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for data control and reporting. * Presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint). * Ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents. * Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools for developing and monitoring schedules (listed as a requirement in some roles within this field). * Knowledge of stage control and approval workflows. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance \- SulAmérica and Hapvida (fixed monthly cost of 30% of the plan’s table value, with co-payment \- 30%); * Dental Insurance \- Hapvida and Oral Santa Helena; * Life Insurance \- MetLife; * Meal Allowance; * Food Voucher; * Totalpass; * Day Off; * On-site Physical Exercise Programs \- Functional Training and Running; * Discounts on undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs at institutions and universities (FVG, UNIT, and Estácio); * 5% discount on purchasing a Stanza property; * Profit Sharing.
