### **Job Objective** Support the engineering activities of Global Group, participating in project monitoring, technical analyses, and operational routines, with a focus on professional development, continuous learning, and gradual growth in autonomy and responsibility. ### **Responsibilities** * Understand Global Group's business, mission, values, principles, corporate policies, and procedures; * Support technical and operational activities within the engineering department; * Read and analyze technical materials related to the field of work; * Monitor projects, schedules, and field activities; * Prepare technical reports, controls, and presentations; * Participate in meetings, training sessions, and operational alignment activities; * Perform tasks under the guidance of the immediate manager, developing technical knowledge and business acumen; * Gradually assume greater autonomy and responsibility in departmental activities; * Support analyses, technical assessments, and process improvements; * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental protection standards; * Participate, when necessary, in confined space operations, working at heights, and fire brigade activities; * Contribute to meeting the company's operational, technical, and safety standards. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Final year of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering undergraduate program, or up to 2 years since graduation; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Interest in technical development and professional growth; * Responsibility in adhering to standards and procedures; * Availability to perform fieldwork when required. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial, energy, or operational environments; * Knowledge of occupational safety applied to engineering; * Participation in technical projects, internships, or development programs; * Certifications or training related to NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards), working at heights, confined space operations, or fire brigade activities. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate)
