Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative, practical, and goal-oriented Electrical Engineer to work on management, development, and supervision of maintenance projects and electrical components of equipment. Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for technical activities related to electrical components of equipment; Monitoring of electrical spare parts for the factory; Management of electrical components required for equipment repairs. Develop, control, and supervise electrical/electronic engineering maintenance projects, supporting the study and definition of technical characteristics and specifications, preparation of layouts, establishment of execution methods and required resources; Assist in construction, implementation, and maintenance activities of electronic devices and equipment, ensuring technical quality standards; Collaborate in the analysis and evaluation of modification and modernization projects for operational equipment, identifying failures, technologically enhancing them, and reducing costs. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required; Strong communication skills are mandatory, as daily reporting to China is required, including explanations of technical points from teams in Brazil; Knowledge of the electrical field in the automotive industry is a plus; Willingness to work on-site in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize the well-being of our employees and continuously strive to improve our benefits package.
