A logistics professional responsible for picking, verifying, packing, shipping, and transporting medical-hospital products, while managing inventory and deliveries.

Meet the Logistics Department's requirements: picking, verification, packaging, shipping, and transportation of pacemaker business unit (UN) medical-hospital products.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Pick, verify, and pack materials for fulfillment and shipping;
* Enter orders into the system, request financial approval for invoicing, and issue invoices;
* Generate freight bills and transport manifests related to service deliveries;
* Request material pickup and transportation, and coordinate with drivers and carriers;
* Plan delivery routes and deliver materials to internal and external customers;
* Count surgical instruments and materials used in procedures, manage inventory, dispatch items for sterilization, and restock;
* Monitor product expiration dates and move materials per Management instructions;
* Restock materials between branches when necessary;
* Deliver materials to customers (hospitals).
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed technical education or currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields;
* Intermediate *Microsoft Office*, especially Excel;
* Minimum 1 year of experience in the role;
* Experience using integrated systems and WMS-type systems;
* Experience handling medical-hospital materials;
* Willingness to travel.
**Preferred Qualification:**
* Familiarity with RDC 665/2022\.
**Additional Information**
Employment type: CLT.
Work schedule \- Weekly hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. \- 220 hours per month.
