CLAIMS ASSISTANT I

The Automotive Claims Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing vehicle-related claims, providing support to customers during the claim adjustment process, as well as analyzing and releasing indemnities. The professional will also be responsible for negotiating with repair shops, service providers, and policyholders, in addition to monitoring cases, ensuring that processes are conducted efficiently, fairly, and transparently. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitoring and analysis of automobile claims from initiation through to case closure; * Interaction with policyholders and service providers to clarify information and resolve pending issues; * Verification of documents and technical appraisals to approve indemnity payments; * Negotiation of amounts with customers and service providers; * Ensuring compliance with established deadlines and customer satisfaction; * Analysis of reports and generation of management reports on claims.
