Join us on this journey and help transform our company’s future! **Responsibilities and Duties** · Provide technical support and assistance to maintenance bases and flight crews as needed, delivering information or technical inputs to resolve discrepancies, thereby minimizing impacts on aircraft availability—always maintaining continued airworthiness conditions; · Manage all DFP documentation generated by overnight maintenance and request corrections before aircraft departure; * Review all work documentation for proper completion according to company procedures, manuals, and revisions, and request timely corrections; * Confirm that defects or failures eliminated during the stop were removed from applicable manuals (e.g., AMM/SRM); * Monitor, approve, control, and schedule non-routine maintenance actions, deferred maintenance tasks, including MEL/CDL/NEF items for each aircraft; * For any raised defect, confirm with MCC the referenced MEL, defect duration, and whether the defect was deferred, per company procedures; * Input documents sent by maintenance service bases into company systems; * Manage, monitor, and control all deferred items from the Deferred Corrective Actions List raised during fleet aircraft operations, maintaining visibility of deadlines and scheduled completion; * Assist in coordinating maintenance actions for AOG (Aircraft On Ground) situations, providing personnel, parts, tools, technical references, and logistics as required to reduce recovery time. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this challenge, you must have:**· Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields. * Tools: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and problem analysis tools. * Ability to communicate and adapt effectively to diverse audiences. * Prior experience as an MCC Analyst in aviation-related companies (mandatory). * Experience reading and interpreting manuals; * Availability to work rotating shifts (day/night); * Availability for travel.
