JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer service, answering questions about SAMSUNG products, data transfer to new devices, preliminary analysis of defective devices, and other related tasks. SKILLS AND PROFILE: Excellent Portuguese (spoken and written), Basic knowledge of Office Suite (Word and Excel), Residence with easy access to Parque Dom Pedro Shopping Center, Basic knowledge of mobile phone configurations. ADDITIONAL ASSET: Training in mobile phone software. COMPENSATION: R$ 2.000,00 + Meal Allowance of R$ 600,00 + Transportation Allowance or Fuel Voucher + Total Pass + Performance Bonus Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
