This position targets early-career professionals or those transitioning into technical roles, offering hands-on learning and continuous development through supervised work, training, and field and workshop routines. Service Technician I contributes to service execution and equipment preparation, supporting service quality and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, primarily small- and medium-sized compressors. * Support workshop activities such as disassembly, cleaning, painting, and organization of parts and equipment. * Accompany experienced technicians during field service calls, actively participating in the learning process. * Assist in preparing technical reports and using measurement and calibration tools. * Identify applicable parts for Gardner Denver equipment, with technical team support. * Participate in mandatory technical training and adhere to quality, safety, and customer service standards. **Requirements** * Completed technical diploma in Electromechanics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electroelectronics. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel (essential for preparing technical reports). * Willingness to work both in the field and in the workshop, under technical supervision. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with compressors, vacuum pumps, or refrigerated dryers (similar to air-conditioning or industrial refrigerator systems). * Basic English, especially for reading technical manuals. * Practical knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance and use of measurement tools. **Travel and Work Model** * Willingness to travel * On-site work model Ingersoll Rand Inc.
