Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct monthly nursing assessments; * Perform exclusive nursing procedures; * Develop, implement, and monitor care plans for nursing technicians, nursing assistants, and caregivers, aiming at resident well-being and compliance with clinical standards and protocols; * Manage daily routines in alignment with clinical processes and staffing requirements, adjusting work schedules to ensure appropriate care and resident safety; * Monitor and accompany residents’ departures for consultations with external specialists and family visits; * Foster sustainable relationships with families, establishing trust-based bonds with the client ; * Prevent adverse events by consistently prioritizing resident safety; * Perform wound dressings, relief catheterization, oxygen therapy, intravenous therapy, and monitor macro-drip and/or micro-drip infusion rates." Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active COREN registration; * Postgraduate studies in related fields preferred; * Experience in institutions specializing in elderly care; * Knowledge of wound treatment and dressing techniques.
