Creating shipping labels and providing customer support **Job Summary** This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and storing packages. **Responsibilities:** * Receives, inspects, and stores incoming products. * Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition, and completes documentation. * Picks orders and selects products from designated locations. * Verifies the accuracy of picked orders. * Organizes and securely packages products. * Handles products and performs tasks in accordance with customer procedures and governmental/compliance regulations. * Creates shipping labels and other documents for shipments to maintain accurate shipping data in the warehouse management system. * Responds promptly to customer requests, resolves issues, and communicates service-related concerns to the supervisor.
