An opportunity for those seeking growth and professional development in their field. **Current Opening:** PCP Assistant - Itupeva Working within the **Operations Department**, directly contributing to the excellence of our processes. **Grow with us!** **Join R2 Pharma!** **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and monitor production planning; Manage inventory of materials and supplies; Analyze productive capacity and adjust schedules accordingly; Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Production departments to ensure proper material flow; Monitor and analyze performance indicators; Identify bottlenecks in the production process and propose improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Activities: Technical degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Proficiency in data analysis and use of production management tools (ERP, Excel, etc.); Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability; Effective communication and teamwork skills; Familiarity with Protheus System is desirable. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance – Facilitate your commute to work.
