**Engineering Assistant** Are you a dynamic, organized person who loves the construction site environment? We are looking for a hands-on professional to support our engineering routine, ensuring quality, adherence to deadlines, and excellence in our projects. If you are studying Civil Engineering or are already a graduate in Building Construction and wish to grow in this field, this is your place! **Your Daily Challenges (Responsibilities):** * **Project Oversight:** Conduct on-site execution verification to ensure all work proceeds exactly as planned and complies with technical specifications. * **Planning and Control:** Perform material/service quantity surveys and support physical schedule control of the construction project. * **Procurement and Logistics:** Request, schedule, and monitor delivery of materials and services, and assist in developing scopes for labor contracting. * **Measurements and Reporting:** Assist in preparing/verifying service measurements and maintain up-to-date records (site diary, checklists, etc.). * **Partnership:** Directly support the Responsible Engineer in daily routines and in aligning design documents with on-site execution. **What We Are Looking For (Requirements):** * **Education:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Civil Engineering** (from the 4th semester onward) OR completed technical training in **Building Construction**. * **Experience:** Prior experience in construction site routines (execution monitoring, measurements, quality control, drawing interpretation). * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings. * **Soft Skills:** Impeccable organization, proactivity, and excellent communication skills for interacting with field teams. **What Will Set You Apart (Preferred Qualifications):** * Prior experience with construction companies or real estate developers. * Proficiency in the **Sienge** system. * Knowledge of **AutoCAD** or construction management software.
